Among 19 patients who were diagnosed with tubal pregnancy 10 underwent laparoscopy guided tubal salpingostomy and 9 underwent laparoscopy guided MTX local injection. and 18 showed complete -cure without complication.
Initial serum ?-hCG levels were 52.7?11,b20mIU/mi(mean : 3,905m1U/ml) Wand the time taken for ?-hCG levels to decrease to normal were 17 and 21 days for the patients who underwent saipingostomy and MTX injection, respectively. HSG performed after the treatment showed tubal patency in 3 of 4 patients after salpingostomy, and in 3 of 3 patients after MTX´ local injection.
Therefore, conservative treatment of unruptured type tubal preganncy. which have been diagnosed early, salpingostomy and MTX local injection highly effective, and it is thought that. further detailed study is required with regard to indication for therapy, fertility after therapy. and the effect on future pregnancy.
